Looking for some of you with insulin experience. I have used it once, added to the last 3 weeks of my last AS cycle. I worked very well.
Now, I've been off about 5 weeks, had surgery on my hand so am just getting back to some lifting, having to use alot of machines so that I can push without needing to grasp anything tightly. Because of the surgery, being out of work and basically inactive for 3 weeks, not having an appetite, I dropped 10 lbs.
Now for the question.....in another week as my workout intensity increases I am considering adding in the insulin without AS. I would do 8-10 IU post workout initially, then after a week I would change to 6-8IU in the morning on workout days only (4 days/wk) then another 6-8 IU post workout. Has anyone used insulin only and were the results worthwhile?
