I met freight train in June of 2014. I knew nothing about bodybuilding. I was lifting for 3 years prior to meeting him. I knew nothing about dieting or training. I would just eat chicken breast and drink protein shakes. I thought I was fit until I met him but he put my training and dieting on a whole new level. I was about 190 pounds. After meeting him I've gotten up to 216 at my biggest. He taught me how to eat and what to eat. His training is on another level. I use to go to the gym and just talk and text but once I started training with him it was 2 hours of just set after set. He has changed my physique and training more than I could ever imagine.
This is summer we did a 9 week pre contest cut. I've never ever cut before. I've always just wanted to bulk bulk bulk. The dieting was very very hard. I started at 205 and ended at 175. The biggest thing he has helped me improve is my legs. I was one of those guys who never hit legs hard. Now I'm hitting twice a week and they are growing so fast after learning so many new exercises and hitting my legs at so many different angles.
I've added some before and after training pics and cutting pics so you can see the results I've gotten since I've met freight train. He still is currently training me and we are getting ready for my next show in May of next year. Can't wait to see the gains between now and then working with him is the best. He had so much knowledge for the sport.
