Buffalo was killing me today with shoulders.

I'm really liking Halo for Her, really leaning out, not losing weight much but everything is looking real good. Buffalo had me up the dose to 20mg starting today and no signs of any side effects.

So I'm not sure if you're interested but under the regular forum some of us are doing a "weak body part contest" I'm not really sure there are any rules, LOL and I don't even know what the prize is (I just want to win ), it's kinda just for the fun of it and everyone motivating each other to improve a lagging body part, mine being my shoulders. Anyway, you're welcome to join if you need some motivation hitting some personal goal you may have. Like I said, I just want to win and I like the friendly trash talkin!! Come to think of it I don't even know when the contest is over...late July'ish I think (well, that's when it ends for me cuz I'm goin to Vegas!!!). Just thought I'd let you know we got that goin on.
