I was told by the regional manager of Europa super Sports which is one of the largest distributing companies in the US that letters were sent out on April 24 or 25th saying they had 15 days (not sure if it's business or regular days) to either change their formula or take it off the shelf. As far as I know nothing has changed

I recived one of the letters. They were formal notifications that the FDA did not believe DMAA to be safe and that they were going to conduct further studies. I will see if it is still in my office and post it up. If anything there is atleast 3 months before a ban.

Because they don't care if it's safe. All they care about is money. Tobacco companies pay big bucks to all politicians. The FDA does shit like this so that the uninformed masses think that the Govt is looking out for us and they continue to follow like sheep. Nothing our Govt does is done without ulterior motives and none of it is in our best interest.

I recieved my order of two casses of each flavor and an extra case of lemon lime on saturday. The order was placed monday....When i sell it all more will be ordered, recieved, and sold.
