just thought I would take a moment and say hello.
I,m 41, 5'10 float between 175-185 panding on time of year.
lifting split is 4 on 3 off been running 5x3x1 for and enjoy it(most of the time)
Been along time since I touched any gear but in the process of gearing up to run a Test E cycle 500 a week for 15 weeks ( roughly 3 10 mg bottles)
will be grabbing some Aromasin and run it as low as I can as it is a precautionary move. pct will be Nolva and havent decided to run Clomid with it or not where its a basic cycle.
If I stay with just Nolva wk 1 and wk 2 40 mg/perday,wk3 and wk 4 20 mg per day.
If I add clomid it will look somewhat like this wk1 150 clo/40 nolv, wk2 100 clo/40 nolv , wk3 50 clo/20 nolv, wk4 50 clo/20 nolv ( this is my biggest area of concern)
will be looking into adding Ostarine(MK-2866) but still doing some homework there so any input there would be nice.
as for diet I never been a macro counter, I currently carry abit of spar luggage around waist nothing major just enough to make me hate it lolol
Had a family tragedy and have been out of gym for about 6 month trying to get things straight. when I left prs were
flat bench 275
dead lift 385
squat 350
I plan on exceeding those and will do what it tkaes to achieve it.
