Does Western union work well there

Western Union seems to be more tough currently.The receiver still can not pick the money up though I changed 2 accounts and 2 senders.Shit! Shit! Shit!

I've never done it, I need to look into it though. It's one.of the few private ways to conduct commerce left

never been comfortable with western union but it worked for me. Did you have a bad experience ?

Western Union tracks your transfers and not only releases the info without a subpeona, but actually take it upon themselves to contact LE and provide the info if they feel so inclined.
When they do this they will also hold your money...
