Well damn! From 197 to 218 lean? I can't wait until PCT is done! One more month and I'll also be doing Test and Tren long esters. Right now I'm only on GH and MC IGF and I'm keeping all the gains. For sure ill check out that dude on YouTube lol. Thanks Blinky.

I think Blinky might be talking about some other IGF source. I've read that somewhere as well.
To me I found both SubQ and IM almost the same. I take 100 mcg pre workout (50/50 bilaterally) for bad ass pumps. On off days I take another 100 mcg SubQ and talk about pumps all day without hitting the gym, and I am constantly hungry. My advice would be to find out for yourself what works for...
