Have to go with the creatine... the protien powder I use already has enough glutamine, so no need to pick that... and my powder is about 20-22% bcaa's... and the aakg (aka Arginine) is .5g per scoop, not alot but better than none...

go with the calipers... scales are a waste of money... my dad has one and it says that I have a BF% of 33%... crazy ass machine... I have had many trainers and myself, check with calipers and they're always within 1% of each other... and the calipers say that I'm 12% BF... so just go buy a...
Looking great for 7 weeks out... your not holding alot of water for 7 weeks out, keep the diet going... and be safe with your training... your back right now is your strong point... keep the pics coming, every week would be nice...
