    I would share if I could lol. I figured I would keep the test e and add the prop at 100 eod. I only got one vial of prop so it would only last like 3 weeks or so.

    I have burning tingling feeling in my left pec and was wondering if this could be the start of gyno. I'm on my 2nd week of test e 500 a week I don't have my amirdex yet but will around Thursday but I do have novla and clomid. Should I start taking novla? If so at what dose?

    Next Day Cardio?

    I always do 15 after a leg work out just to get the blood moving. Then the day I'll do 30 mins. Seems to help with the recovery.

    Trained legs again the other day and went fairly light on all lifts. I didn't have any pain and all seems to be better.

    I have been keeping ice on it as much as possible and it's still a little sore but nothing like it was. Tomorrow I'm gonna hit chest and that be the test. But so far so good almost pain free.

    What's everyone eating before bed? I'm currently still trying to bulk so for me I choke down as much cottage cheese as I can then it's some natty PB on whole wheat and a glass of skim milk.

    I'm no pro by any means what so ever and I know a lot of people say to train lagging parts twice per weak to help them catch with the test of your body. If you go that route I would keep your routine short and sweet eat as clean as you can and for sure hit that cardio if your trying to drop some...
