    Not sure what index you are going by. Whey protiens glycemic index, or affect on blood glucose, is very low. I mean not even close to medium low. I am not knocking you it is just not the best route IMO.

    I dissagree, are you saying that one should consume 200mg of protien if the dose of slin is 20iu's? Even if it is 10iu's to much protien can be dangerous as it slows the absorbtion of nutrients in the gastric tract. Carbs being one of those nutients much needed at a critical time.
