So lately iven been feeling bloted after my workout. i start to cough alit and basicaly il drink a pist worrk out shake than wait maybe 30 mins and eat my post meal : 6 ounces chicken medium size sweet potatoe and basically i have a hard time eating that than i coughed more and puked everywhere...
Im getting ready to make my 8 month bulking diet and am wondering if i should stick to a 50carb/30protein/20fat ratio i weigh 153lbs 5'9. Fast metabolism what do you guys think??
