Because she had sent me a bogus tracking number, so I figured my order was on the way. Only to find that both tracking numbers given to me were bogus. The labels were never printed, nor was any product shipped.

I place 2 orders and never received anything. Sent numerous emails and they replied to either. Once they answered after 40 days telling me to wait more days. A major loss of money and the worst customer service that I have ever had. I just want to make sure that no one else loses money.
