running and working out my whole life. My body is really hashed right now . I hoping to fix things up a bit or at lease heal up some of the major issues. I didn't start lifting until my late 30s . So in many ways I'm still learning. I am ex military and used my PR training to keep fit . I love to run, but have had some pretty nasty injuries, so I've had to scale back .
