I get those marks really easy, i think i have shitty skin, tanning and retin-A seem to help though. Coco butter and vitamin e dont seem to work, although i heard zinc supplements will help to hide them aswell.

I dont take orals, and if i did i guess i wouldnt drink when on them, but i do drink during my cycles, i just make sure i drink lots of water and take a ton of ala. I know some disagree but to each his own.

Its all in how your body responds. Everyone is different. Personally i cannot be that strict, i also party during my cycles and it never hinders my gains, my diet isnt nearly as strict as many others either. But i still get good gains and im happy with my own progress. Find what works for you.

When i was on an ECA stack i used to take it twice daily, but i would only take the asprin in the first stack because 2 asprins daily upset my stomach. I guess you could try it and see for yourself, everyone is different, or you could only take half an asprin, your best bet is to try it yourself.
