At about day 10 and weighing in at the heaviest I have ever weighed. This weight is post cheat meal but 77.2kgs or 169lb.

Yea. Have a coach that does my nutrition and a coachcoach that does my powerlifting prep. Am on relatively bulking calories.
Today is day 6 and noticing about 500g or ~1lb of water retention.. will probably end up needing to water load and deplete to make weight on august 28th.
at the moment my diet is lower carbs 4 days a week. higher carbs on my 2 deadlift days and a medium carb day to break up the lower carb days as i do a higher carb day start and end of the week and i found the 3 or 4 days in a row low carb were too much.
but in 'bulking phase' but leaning down...
I actually have hyperthyroidism from hashimotos.
Your body naturally produces 30mcg (probably if thyroid function were normal.
Up to 75 is the recommended for hypothyroidism.
But mainly am working to fix it with diet and exercise as well.
I haven't done the calculations yet as the T3 is a different strength. I did the calculations for my old vial of t3 over a year ago and just follow the units on the pin...

Im going to share my first experience with Var.
open to feedback and suggestions.
basically I am about to Taper up by T3 again. the stuff I have is 100mcg/30ml and towards end of the week will be starting Var of 10mg (when it arrives).

my research on here was to taper the t3 up and down and to do clen at alt cycles to t3 so you always have something.
so 2 weeks clen 2 weeks t3 2 weeks clen.
im about to start 10mg daily of var and then cycle up and down t3. will add clen in when im getting closer to comp i think.
