    Thanks guys i was on a protein emergency run so i just picked up some ultimate muscle by beverly but definately going for trueprotein this week, also waxy maize source from glucevol by evolution labs but it taste like shit, flavor is tangy lemonade highly regret just not sticking to pure vitargo...

    No limits tanning lotion for dudes works good and doesnt smell like shit or make you look orange. if you go in the most powerful bed in there do that every other day for like a week you might turn a little red but it jumpstarts your tan then from there get an unlimited tanning package and go...

    10 weeks ago i was at 185 now im at 230 with a 12% bodyfat today was my kick off day of 5 meals a day low cal low carb high protein intake you know the usual 1protein 1carb 1fat per meal, im considering getting a pinch test but not until after cutting.
