I'm looking for some advice, I'm looking into starting my first cycle. all I really want to do is put on good mass. So if anybody could tell me a good first cycle and how long I should be on it and how much do I take a week. Any info would be great. THANKS
I'm 185lbs my ideal weight is 200. I really don't have much experience with gear, I was on anadrol for a while but thats about it. I've been lifting for around 2 years.
Can anybody tell me what would be a good combo to gain mass. Someone told me Deca/Test, I have no idea. Could you just break down everything I would need for a first cycle. Thanks alot
