I've often thought about what I'd do if I had no gym or weights available to me. It would be pushups, pull ups and crunches. High reps too.

Regarding the tattoos - yes, mark them out of your pics. Also, anything in the background in the pic that could be used to identify you - a picture on the wall, anything. I read about the bust in Lousisiana and how the couple could lose their 3 year old child. Very sad. One can NEVER be too...

I've often wondered the same thing. If I only get in 6 reps, 2 sets I feel like I'm cheating myself. It's tempting to lighten the weight so that I can at least get in my full 3 or 4 sets but does that really just hinder my increased growth and strength?

So, you should not take carbs and fat together? I've always been confused about how to groups them together and how NOT to group them together.

Phew! I do 1,2 and 5 so that's a good thing! For my obiques I do side crunches on this "chair like" thing (I'm sorry I don't know what the damn thing is called.) I actually stand in it and bend up and down (on the side). I do 3 sets of 25. Now that I've confused you, I'll hush up. :p
