    mcgaret i like the heavy /slow /low reps....get great pumps ....i have just started doing this a few weeks ago so its hard to tell if im getting much for results but i do feel like i have gained some strenth....trying to get the arms up to 20" and right now there round 18....no pump...

    prob one of my favorite arm exercises in my workout....so when i was able to put the 45s on each side and do nice slow reps i was pretty happy....well i have been adding 10s with it and 5s once in a while....well the other day i did 45s on each side and 25s ....at first i had a few people...

    true on that....i try and do three diff exercise for the muscle group im working.......i feel the advantage is i get to put all my energy into that body part and so far i like the results......i have been trying this for two weeks and i get great pumps and getting that sore feeling in the muscle...
