I have also had a boob job and love it. I also had it under the muscle. You are still able to breast feed and they do look VERY natural. I agree with anyone that chooses to do it and that can do it. Props to you if you choose to go with it, AS LONG AS YOU DO IT FOR YOURSELF and NO one else...
