I am just eating. I subscribe to Factor_ For meals, About $180/week for 3 meals a day. That makes up about 1500 calories. Then I fill in the rest with milk, shakes, other meals, etc. Target is just ~3300 calories or so.

What is happening here?
We are doing an 8 week training course broken into 2 four week waves.
The goal is to complete 6x6 as quickly as possible. The first 4 weeks we hope to finish inside of 12 minutes, and the 2nd 4 week block the time...

Still throwing in my single arm DB Press, these are great builders. Unfortunately with my right shoulder I can't do my right side. But...
I mean, I can but my food really isn't dialed in. Not sure people would be terribly excited by the food log. I don't follow a diet like a bodybuilder would during prep--not as strict.
You want to be in a surplus to perform
You want to be jacked, and thick but not fat
Not really the case for me. When I start peaking around 1000 I start loosing sleep, appetite, etc. Which then negatively impacts peak performance which impacts numbers lifted. Some people can handle more, some less.
Yeah its about time. Once I compete I generally run tren around 8 weeks, the last 4 weeks are pretty high dosage. Linear escalation from 100 to around 500
