    beside starting out about 15 pounds lighter, one of the biggest factors is i used as much HG meds as possible.

    obviously the weight is relative to your strength. i also know that he wont be able to close grip incline 315 ever. ask anyone that has a thick upper chest how they got it and zero people will say low pulley cable crossovers :lurk:

    you cant really isolate one part of any muscle. when you contract your chest the WHOLE thing contracts. and we know your muscle grows from progressive resistance, and diet of course. so my advice would be to keep it simple, learn to push with your chest(mind muscle connection), and concentrate...
