im eating around 5 quality meals a day on average, about every 2 hours im hungry as hell, took my first shot of sus tonight, ass is a little sore but i am glad to get it past me
my goals is to be 210 lbs in 8 weeks......thats 30 more than i weigh now at 6 foot....how much sus do you recommend me front loading? and yes this is my first cycle
im going to run the minimum on both at first....250....then maybe up it to 500 on the 3rd week or so....and im going to purchase clomid around the 4th week so ill have it on hand when im done...also i do around 45 min of cardio a day...will that hurt my gains if i eat a lot or will it keep me cut?
how much of my gains would i keep from a stack of sus250 and deca300? and i have liquidex as an anti estro, and my diets clean. Im 6' 180 right now....about to start the cycle...how much of my size would i have in late july? just curious as to what the more experienced have to say, this will...
