hi guys..i'm new and i've read a lot about shitloading..and right now i'm 3 weeks out from my first comp..i've had a detailed plan of my final week prep constructed..and has since started today(trial run) ..my eyes ae killing me right now from staring at the pc for long hrs..so i'll post a brief...
