In regards to the comment about it being the seam in your shorts...I think you can probably to tell whether it's internal or external stimulation...oui? Maybe it's the way something internally hits your g-spot?

I understand. I look much better than I ever have but it's never enough. Sometimes I wish I could just be content and I worry that I'll never be satisfied with myself.
The last few days my forearms and upper back have been really tight. My forearms are the worst...I can't even bend my wrist backwards sometimes, and then a few hours later it will be fine again. Sometimes it goes right up into my hand. Does this have anything to do with the clen?? :(
I hit a rut a few times a year...it drives me nuts and honestly, I don't know what gets me out of it. Sometimes I spend a lot of time online, looking at pics of fitness models, trying to get my motivation up. It usually works long enough to get my ass through a workout.
It's only been 3 days and so far I haven't cracked, but if my willpower or drive were to weaken for even a minute, I'd be doomed. I was craving A&W sooo bad yesterday. After the 2 weeks is up I will assess the results and see if it's worth it or not.
Since I started clen 2 days ago, my cravings and appetite have increased quite dramatically. Is this normal for clen? Or could it just be b/c I stopped taking my eca, which decreased my appetite?
That's insane! Right now I'm doing 30min+ of cardio 5days/week at 65-75% of my max heart rate. I have been reading up and been assured this is the best way to lose body fat without going catabolic. It seems to be working good so far, and I think now that I dropped the dairy and changed a few...
Ok, so as I mentioned in another thread, I started clen 2 days ago. I'm starting a new diet tomorrow because I wanted to drop the dairy out of my diet while on clen. Here it is:
Meal 1: 1/2 cup oatmeal
3 oz strawberries
Meal 2: 5 oz Chicken breast
4 oz yam

Thanks for the links Sasha. I know it's possible to get there without competing if you work at it hard enough, you just don't get as much exposure...oh well, that's probably a few years off anyway. Got to finish school first.
