You'll get there brother. I was lucky to be obsessive about back training before I ever deadlifted or even cared about strength.
Anyone notice if they eat too clean, they are less hungry and look flabbier? When I cheat at least every 3-4 days, I look my best and certainly progress faster.
Recently did 615 off a 4 inch defecit (as in making the lift 4 inches longer - so harder). PR is 655x2. I'm hoping to hit 700 soon. All of this was off gear btw at 195-200 lb bw.
Yep do a standard clomid/nolva 50/40 for 4-6 weeks tapering the clomid down 10mg a week after week 3. That should be more than enough. If you have $20 extra bucks throw in some DAA at 3g ED.

I have a pinched l4 nerve fellas. What should I do? I honestly don't know anything about pre-hab/re-hab because my attitude has always been if you're worried about injuries try palates haha, but I guess that's why I'm in this situation.
I'd appreciate any knowledge you guys have.
