    fav. meal

    6 egg white with milk added and whipped, add 1/4 cup cooked brown rice, 1/4 cup black beans. pour into a non stick pan like an omlet. turn over and fold onto plate. heap 1/4 cup of plain non-fat yougrt, which tastes a little like sour cream. Has over 50 grams of protien!

    Yogurt Chicken

    I'm trying something today inspired by this - basically, 24oz of plain goat yogurt, 1 tb of curry, turmeric, and paprika. Salt to taste... Going to marinate chicken for 24 hours and bake - I'll let you know how it turns out
