hey guys and gals just wanted to introduce myself since I'm new here. I e been training on and off for about 10 years but being serious for the past 5 or so. I'm 2 weeks out in these pics and weighing 220 I'm 5'10". hope that I can contribute to this site and meet some cool peeps!!
