    They have a show called like doomsday bunkers or somthing. i set it to record last night. I have weapons and a water well and lake at my house, but really could use a better food storage. but id probably go to my families land lots of heavy equip, natural gas well, concrete buildings, generators...

    why do people use the fast acting humalin R twice a day instead of using a blend like 30/70 or somthing ? Or is that what humalog is im still learning about insulin.

    I have heard not to run it more than about 4 weeks at about 100 a day. I was thinking of going up to 150 what do u guys think? Is that to much and could i go 5 weeks. im not looking to kill my liver. im also thinking of adding an anti estrogen nothing to powerfull just an over the counter like...

    Going to start Crossfit for 90 days.

    Your run time will go down really fast. within a week or two i bet you will be down around 8 min mile. at least thats how it works when I quit running then start back again. but i have some friends that run 2 miles a day and still get their butts kicked by those crossfit workouts, so i dont know...

    Started having awsome workouts at this point. I haved gained about four pounds since adding the a bombs but im still slimming up in my mid section. I think that the hgh is helping my recovery and fat loss.

    Im was stepping up every week but now i think im gonna stay at four and cruise. i just added some A bombs to the mix. now if i can just do a little better on my diet ill be in business.
