    i take 12 iu of log post workout with 100 grams of dextrose and 65 grams of protein and i get lazy as hell. all i wanna do is nap. DONT go to sleep. you could go hypo in your sleep and pretty much die.it seems while doing slin my appetite goes up substantially as well
