I ended up winning the middleweight division and the overall novice division.

Super Pak with meal 1
6 Ultra 40 with each meal
4 Mass Aminos with each meal
2 Lean out per meal
25 Muscle...
im 5'5" and weighed 162 at this show. currently I weigh 195 and am trying to put on a solid 15 plbs of muscle before my next two shows in May and July.
