My goals are to compete in a swedish competition named luciapokalen in december, but i have to gain 14 pounds of muscle before the comp........no problems, all i have to do is Eat like an animal:p

5 months later....220 pounds, had a little layoff from training due to sickness, was away for 6 weeks and it sucked

hi, just introducing me with some pics, Im 23 years old and comes from the northern parts of sweden (cold as hell in the winter) old pics from when i was 22............208 pounds and 5´8 in the pics hopefully i will compete in december.......dont be to harsh om me now guys :D
