i believe he is talkn about 7.5 mg.... my girl just finished anavar and she started 5mg/day, split am/pm.. then went to 10 mg split... i know girls that go to 15mg, but start low and slowly increase every 2 weeks, why go high if your gaining at the lower dose... most girls i know dont go higher...

UPDATE well again thanks for the replys... she decided to skip this show....and keep training for a state npc show in nov... reason is she doesnt like the way she is feeling.. i think we were trying to get to far to fast....were gonna cycle down then try to pack on some more muscle with food...

thanks alot ppl... she has been training for a year but just started supps... 50mg prop/week for 3 weeks then 5 mg var/day with 100 mg primo/week... had to stop the prop couldnt wear jeans without getting off!!!!!hahah ill for sure keep updates..... diet is right on... everyday 1 3oz egg whites...
