I was informed to inject .5ml per shot in 100 different places giving 2cm distance. I was never infored to inject 10 different places.

I was informed to inject .5ml per shot in 50 different places giving 2cm distance the first week and second week 100 shots of .5ml in the same area. and third week 150 shot of .5ml. I was never informed to devided 1 vial in to 5 and make it 1ml per shot.
