Chris was a great man and father to his little girl. I'm going to miss him so much. Some of the best times in my life was training with Chris.

I just know the older I get the easier it is to get hurt. Trying to lift smarter this time around. The aches and pains are not as fun anymore.

Been out of the gym off and on for a couple years now. Lost about 15-20 of muscle. Been going to a old school gym for a couple weeks. And it view looks a lot better. I'm setting at 245 now. And going to start a a little cycle I'm about a month after I see where I'm at. It good to me back here...
Shit everytime I give blood I feel like shit for a couple of weeks. And last time my BP was a little high. So they said maybe next time.
