    Funny because I just started taking Animal Pak this morning and felt a little sick but thought it was because I hadn't eaten breakfast. I think I'll be taking them with food from now on.

    Why would you do this? Wouldn't it make more sense, if you have low levels, to get a script from your doc and go through the system? Weigh the pros and cons.

    Ditto that. I've been eating clean and the fats you get from fish oil are good if you're trying to lose weight. Abs are starting to make a comeback finally. Upping from 2 grams to 3 grams a day next week.
