why would you change anything from the first show to the next given they are so close together?? Skip and I are doing the same 2 shows 2 weeks apart and I know for me Sunday after the first show will be *FOOD* day then monday back on the diet I will train all week and do cardio just the same as...

congrats to SKIP- he is knowlegable and he will be a great resource for you guys that compete. He is a good and trusted bro. Although with us doing the same show I don't if *I* can trust him. bwahahahaha........ he has me on a high carb, high fat diet comprised mostly of krispy kreme...

I PREFER to do cardio along with diet. I agree with Skip in that people can get overtrained quickly and lose mass. Just find a good balance. remember that with doing cardio you will ultimately need more calories then if your cardio was minimal.
my last show i dieted for 11 weeks total and it sucked. 2 a day cardio and carbs very minimal. my next show is june 28th and my diet started last week. so this time 20 weeks not including the last 7 days. IMO this will allow me to take it easier, less cardio, and will allow me to hold more of...
