Yes, taking EOD instead of just mon wed fri will make a difference in the long wrong.
If u are getting ready for a competition take it eod.
However if you are just doing a cycle to get leaner just do what ever is easier if u prefer mon wed fri and skipping weekends.
The reason to keep it at EOD...
This is similar to what i do.
I was taking slin pre wo with carbs and protein and then training with carbs and aminos and then following it with my gh shot consuming protein and aminos and then 30mins later then shot of slin and another shake with carbs...
Might sounds silly but for some reason...
