O, I thought MC's IGF was injectable. What is it then, oral tabs, sorry for all the newbie questions.

Im hearing multiple responses scatterd throughout these forums, but would like the solid answers here in this post. So how do you all inject it, with B-12, w/o, with BAC water, w/o, how, and is the B-12 from liquigel tabs or what. Please any pro advice is needed. Thanks. Mostly posting this...
