hahaha you guys :p well at the last 4 days i lost the 2 kg i gain. i dont know if its bodyfat or the water retention but i feel my muscles growing extremely fast.. my abs feel leaner and thicker.. my impact resistance in cardio has been increasing day by day... the thing is i can sleep at night...
