I'm eating lots of fat free cottage cheese (28g of protein/cup), tons of chicken, shrimp and salads with fat free dressing and cheese. I also love little protein shakes with whey isolate protein powder and I have a protein bar for a treat...some of 'em are YUMMY!

SuzyQ-I am pretty cold almost all of the time and my bodyfat is slowly getting lower. I just carry an extra layer wherever I go; the other night at the movie theatre I was in a jacket and gloves, but I don't mind looking silly if I'm toasty ;-).
