Hey everyone! So if you have read my last post you know my hand is injuried pretty badly. Had surgery two weeks ago to have a tendon reconnected. everyone helped very much with recommending IGF-1. Gotta be honest it helped but not as much as i was expecting after a little over a week of daily...
Soo just thought id check-in with everyone who helped me out. Couple things, stung like a bitch on my first run but havent noticed anything bad. Other then a weird ass feeling in my injured finger... either this is some work of a wizzard and this stuff works that fast or complete placebo either...
I completely agree everyone has been incredibly helpful so far. Just tryin to figure out which pep i should get or get firt or what not. Just want to be back in the weight buffet :'(
