Well could someone help me come up with a range of carbs/protein/fat for each meal of the day, i usually eat 5 meals a day, and including the post workout shake. Also anymore opionions on what to do about the postwork out shake? thanks

Ok, Im about 5'10, 220lb and want to cut up. I want to cut up now and maybe early next year hit up a cycle. So what type of cardio do you suggest and can someone help me out with a new diet? also was wondering if once i set this new diet and cardio up if you think i should throw in ala? thanks...
