    Burning movie backups. What programs best?

    I have 1click dvd and dvdcloner4.I've found that a lot of the new movies wont burn using 1click so I will use dvdcloner4,don't know that it's any better but just as good IMO.

    Haven't used M1T but I did get some pretty big lumps under my nips and puffiness from previous cycles.I ran a 2 week cycle of nolvadex at 40 mg ed first week and 30 mg ed the second and the lumps are completely gone as well as the puffiness.

    Hit a wall

    I agree with the rest of these guys on the diet.You might want to switch up your training routine as well.You want quality gains and not just fat.Shaking up your workout can also help get you over that plateu.
