Sometimes I will get a band out and just do some pump up sets...hit all bodyparts fast and light just to get some blood flow....it helps a little bit anyway.
I hear ya about the legs man. I used to love killing my legs. Hell, I used to be able to squat 6 bills....now 225 feels like its going to crush me...lol. Two bad knees and some compressed vertebrae don't help much.
I would definitely freak out if that happen to me. I'm thinking about having this done this spring or summer....have another kid on the way and do not want another.
He is enormous....stupid huge! That isn't going to help him win though. He's plenty big enough. He needs to come in shredded or it wont matter how big he is.

Without knowing much about you, you should just start with some test. Run it at a somewhat low dose and go from there. If you have your mind made up about the anadrol, take some test with it. That should put on some significant weight for you.
