Has anyone heard of this supplement. My friend bought some but we haven't heard if anyone has had good resuts. If its good I will try it but i wanted to know what u guys thought first.
Dude i'm hairy as hell and i've been like that since like i was 15. The only permanent way would be laser and its not 100 percent. So good luck and if u find anything that works let me know. Thanks
A couple months ago i went to legs once a week and my squat dropped a lot. That really pissed me off so thats why am going to try legs twice a week. And also i figure power lifts work a lot of back and shoulders anyway thats why i have them together.
Sorry i shoulda put more info. I lift wieghts for football and i start conditioning in August. But i do some back on shoulders on power day. In the offseason is when i do more bodybuilding type workouts.

Arms
Then tues and thur running and abs.

I revently received a bottle of nolva and i don't have anything that measures ml. Is there anything that i can use such at tblspn or tspn. Help me out thanks.
Holy crap... i worked out my chest today and now my pecs cramp everytime i move!!!! I went to put on my seatbelt and i almost had a wreck. I stay hydrated all day.. Anyone have and answers to my cramps. And no i'm not gonna try midol for all you smartass's.
I've heard that high intensity training will increase your growth hormone levels. If this is true what type of workouts are recommended for this. I'm guessin powerlifting and things of that sort. Anyone have info on this feel free.
