What is your opinion on using tirzepatide at 1 mg a week for general maintenance? I'm thinking I should try it to get my appetite in order and avoid the food noise. I would like to cut down and boost my insulin sensitivity. Has anyone tried 1 mg a week for 1 year straight?

Bros, tirzepatide 1 mg a week is fine for maintenance. That is a good idea. You could even go once every 2 weeks if you wanted.

There is no rule to this. You could do 1 mg and see how you do on it. If you need more you need more and if you don't you don't. It's not going to change anything.

These products are designed to have a long half-life so even injecting it once a month, it will still be in your system, believe it or not.

Make sure when you're using tirzepatide you keep your diet on point. You're doing lots of fasted cardio. That will go a long way.

Hey bro, you can take Tirzepatide - 1 mg per week if it is for maintenance purposes. However, make sure you take the dose on the same day each week for it to be effective.

You can take it any time of day with or without meals. I know UPsteroid offers great Tirzepatide deals with the coupon code UP2026.
