I have not written anything about my training in a while, but these past days I could not stop thinking about this... A lot of people think they train hard but in reality, they are just showing up… I am sure you guy on this forum reading my log do know the difference, but most people you stand...

yes without a doubt....it takes sometime to develop that taste but once you are into healthy eating there is no going back....junk cravings stop bothering you after a time........
