I just finished 60 minutes of Cardio. I’m pissed I couldn’t train with the finger issue. Tomorrow I’m going to load up the Smith Machine and do all pressing movements. I haven’t wrapped my thumbs around the bar in decades and use mostly my palms anyway. I’ll be safe in the Smith Machine😁

Freakin medical assistant asked if I’m a Crossfitter. I told him I’m just an old guy trying to stay in shape. PA did a nerve block and lanced it with a scalpel. I’m taking Keflex for the next 7 days. Big thanks to @Tiger Salman Khan for suggesting I go get it checked.

@ROIDDERS I love it brother. I was in the light infantry and learned that real gains don’t begin until after the first 30 minutes of running, rucking, and swimming, etc.
