@SuperAbsVin my son interrupted my Cardio session. Issues with his Jeep and needed a ride. My wife was cooking me fresh Sea Scallops when I got back. She’s bought into this prep and is helping out a lot. No Carbs today, so a day off isn’t too bad.

I just crushed Delts & Chest followed by 60 mins on the Treadmill. I was able to do Heavy pushing movements with the Trap Strain. Nothing Lateral or Flyes yet.
